Sarah Kivel Lewis
Sarah is a 500 hour yoga teacher through Yogaworks and is also certified in Yin Yoga. She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, a TRX® Core Yellow Rank and OnBoard Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga Teacher. She teaches TRX® and Yoga to all levels and especially loves working with athletes. Sarah is also a Professional Life Coach and owns SKY Coaching (www.skylifecoach.com)
Sarah loves the outdoors and has played various sports throughout her life including collegiate soccer at UC Davis. She is a triathlete and mountain biker and also enjoys snow skiing and stand up paddle boarding. Sarah loves to travel, Airstream adventures and spending time with her three teenagers.
